Palm
Springs has been on my to do list for so long.
I was very lucky
and excited to be visiting this town which boasts 350 days of sunshine
each year!
Palm
Springs is located approximately 179 kilometres (2 hours drive) east of
Los Angeles, nestled at the base of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains -
the city of Palm Springs is
the ancestral home of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.
The
village atmosphere has been preserved and embellished over the years.
The streets are lined with so many tall palm trees which are set amongst a stunning desert scenery.
So
many amazing motels/hotels to choose from. I ended up at the colourful
Saguaro - which showcases a different vibrant colour palette for each room,
balcony and patio.
Such an amazing inspiring place to visit, can't wait to go back...
